: Can't edit template : mw911 June 21, 2016, 01:21:23 PM I am using the Corporate_Response template and today I went to see about making a change and was surprised to see that none of the editing buttons or tabs are available. Also, the browser's own tag, which usually displays the name of the page you are on, now says "Error: 0 using $this when not in object context". I contacted my hosting provider who has responded by saying that "...The issue is caused because of incompatibility between the template and the newest Joomla 3.5.1 version.". Is Corporate_Response not compatible with Joomla 3.5.1 like they say? The other default templates that come along with a Joomla install appear to be able to be edited just fine, at least their buttons and tabs display. Thank you!

Updating Vertex should fix that for you, please be sure you clear any cache after updating. If that doesn't work you will need to have a paid membership with us in order to receive continued support. Paid support is only given during the time of your membership. |
