This template includes the S5 Slider and Font Adjusters module - but I don't think it is available as a downloadable module for use with other templates. The questions: - is it possible to obtain this module or otherwise use the same tool for other S5 templates? - if not, is this a commercial restriction or a technical limitation? This is actually built into the template, not a module.
