: Velocity index blank after upgrade to Joomla 3.6 : marleyman July 14, 2016, 07:31:57 AM Hi, I have a Developer's License.
I upgraded Joomla to the new 3.6 and now my website's index page is blank: https://www.rochesterfranciscan.org/ I can do "view source" and see source code but the site won't display. I did the following hoping I could restore their website: - manually upgraded to Vertex4 - went to "database" --> "fix" and click fixed *When I assign another template like protostar or beez3, the index page DOES display, so that's telling me it's a problem with the shape5 Velocity Template. Your site is loading with no issues for me. I just tested it in 3.6.0 and it is working no issues at all. If you still have the problem, I would suggest disabling all third party extensions in case one of them is causing the problem; templates do not use the same position names so often times extensions will load with one template and not another. |
