Each time we try to upload an image to the site thru the backend, when the button is hit in the editor, a blank popup screen shows up and we can't do anything. This happens with the default editor and jce. It happens in the articles section and even when trying to upload a logo in the template section. Thanks for any help! The template wouldn't control any of this, template files are only loaded on the frontend. I would suggest upgrading Joomla to the latest version and then disable all third party extensions in case one is interfering. : Re: Blank Popup Box for insert/upload images : daxomega August 08, 2016, 09:38:08 AM Thanks for the feedback. I am using the current version of Joomla. It seems like any dialog popup box is not working, including things like adding a new menu item.

Try a different web browser and disable any 3rd party extensions you may have added. Regards, |
