You are running a very old version of Vertex, so that's why you can't see it. I would suggest updating to the latest version: http://www.shape5.com/documentation/Vertex-Framework/Joomla-Specific/How-To-Patch-Vertex-In-Joomla-and-Changelog If you keep the version you have, it's found under the Responsive section. |
