I have another newbie question (please bare with me  ;D). How is it possible to use the icons "Download Sermons", "Read Our Blog", "Our Church Staff" and "Calendar of Events" next to each other instead of a group of 2 x 2?

For aesthetic reasons I wouldn't recommend it, but you can add the following to custom.css to do this:

.icon_set {
width:25% !important;
}
