I've sent this on a contact form on Friday but haven't heard anything back as yet so thought I'd take it to the forum as that appears to be the support vehicle of choice. I'd like to know what I need to do to cancel my account from the Joomla package which I've been completely unable to work it out (despite valiant support efforts with Jonaah) and to migrate it into a Wordpress package as I've had much more success with Wordpress templates previously on other platforms. I've only just bought in to Shape5 so hope this isn't too much hassle to migrate my account. I've already deleted any Joomla downloads I've had in preparation for the switch. Please can someone from the accounts department get in touch with me as I'm now behind on the client's project and going to start losing money as its a performance based contract. Thanks for making the change for my account. In case you didn't already know there isn't an "accounts" drop down on the Shape5 contact page so I had to use another category which may be why my query didnt get over to your team. Have a great day ahead, Luke |
