The browsers it does not work on is Chrome and IE on Win 10 and only for laptops with touch screen - it works on the same computer if we switch off the touch screen functionality. On these laptops with touch screen on it works well. I'm having the same issue. Menu not working on my iPad Air Chrome browser. Working on iPhone in all browsers. Working on Windows Desktop. I'll need more details as to what exactly is going wrong before I can even begin to troubleshoot the cause.
