Hello,

Adding the following to custom.css would do that:

#s5_header_area2 {
height:200px;
}

Hello,

Centering the logo would require a considerable amount of programming because there are other elements in the header that will effect its position, the logo is designed to be left aligned. We do not provide modification services like this as part of our support.

Hello,

At the bottom of template.css add the following:

#s5_content_body_wrap {
top:200px;

Hello,

The css I gave you above will work, I tested it yesterday in Firebug. Make sure you place at the bottom of template.css and you will need to clear any cache after making the update.
