: Issues with Template Error 406 and Captcha not working with S5_Quick_Contact : egogg November 17, 2016, 10:23:11 AM Hi,
I was just wondering if you could help me, lately I seem to be have a few issues with this my website and this template. I am currently getting Error 406 on an article I cannot update and I am also getting this error when I try to make changes to the Global Configuration, when I try to enable Captcha. Other articles and modules work fine, it just seems to be a certain few. The issues started to occur around September when the website completely slowed down and took ages to load. Eventually I discovered it was the S5 Weather Module so I disabled that and left it for the time being. However as I am updating the website again i am starting to experience a few bugs with the modules and the website itself. Such as the S5_Quick_Contact module is not working even when I disable the Captcha. The emails are not being sent. I have now disable them as people thought that the emails are getting through. The image for the Captcha-Recaptcha is not showing and when I try to enable it in Global Configuration I get the 406 error. Can you please give me some advice on what I should do next? I would first off check with your server host and see if they have made any changes around the time you noticed the issues. Also did you install any other extensions to the site while you noticed the issues? I'm not sure about the error 406 and would think its server related so hopefully your host can assist with this. Thanks for your reply, I have been in touch with my hosting company and I can now access some but not all, the pages I was working on and I really need to access Global Configuration to turn on the Captcha to test the Quick Contact again but still getting that error here, however even when I had turned the captcha off it didn't work either. But I will wait until my hosting company have sorted out the 406 error and get back to you as it may get resolved along the way as well. Thanks for the advice though!
