It was a fresh template, ("general contractor" current, no siteshaper) maybe it is better to update al downloads so users don't have to update themselves and avoid these kind of errors. The Vertex update wouldn't effect the template's xml file, (templateDetails.xml), so I'm not sure how this would have happened. My assumption is that maybe not all the files were uploaded in the correct location or there is a permissions problem on the server. If you are able to, I would suggest extracting the files directly on the server itself with cpanel's file manager, rather than uploading them. I don't know how you applied the files, so I can't really say. I applied them all at once via ftp exactly as we instruct in the tutorial and it worked as expected. I don't know what you are referring to with the zoom settings. I uploaded the files via FTP twice and got the same error.
