Could you let me know if there is a fix as I dont want these messages discouraging my audience.

The template does not control any part of that. A template only stylizes the site. That is a firefox message pertaining to your site loading in plain http: http://www.tomshardware.com/news/firefox-chrome-http-login-pages,33468.html : Re: Firefox says this template is insecure : Joesef March 14, 2017, 01:54:12 AM I have set up a https: connection on this site yet the browser says the connection is not secure. The detail is that "parts of the contents on this page are not secure (such as images)" and that "hackers would be able to view the images and trick users..."
Sorry to say, but I have this same warning for another shape5 template I use (Oasis) until I resorted back to the normal http: Note that, other none shape5 templates that I use do not give such warning when I activate the https: What is the way forward? : Re: Firefox says this template is insecure : mikek March 14, 2017, 07:09:58 AM Hello,
The template does not control how images are called, that is called control by how you input them into your content. Make sure you have set your live site to include https in the configuration.php and all template files will follow this same thing. You can use a tool like https://www.whynopadlock.com/ to determine the exact causes on your site. Any images would need to be adjusted by you. |
