Hi.

On my Corporate Response template, when I open a page the font first appears and then the page refreshes and the font becomes larger. This is very distracting. I do not have any code added in my custom.css file and I have not modified any css files. I am sending you my site information as a personal message.

Hello,

Please post a url to your site. Also, this is most likely because you have clicked on the font resizer links. You can either disable the font resizer under the General tab of the template configuration or you can clear your browser cookies.

I sent the site information in a personal message. Do you see it? I'd rather not post on the forum. OK, turning off the font resizer corrected the issue with the font changing size?thanks. Two problems remain:

1) The top menu consists of 8 parent menu items. On page load, the last 6 readjusts and sort of move to the right, while the first two remain stable. It seems that the arrows indicating submenu items do not appear at once, but there is a delay. When they appear, they cause the menu to readjust.

2) Also, images load and then reload on page load.

Please help.

I have no private messages from you. Both of the items you have listed are normal and part of the loading process. Parts of a site will always appear partial until the entire site loads, that includes items' positions, and images always load when the page loads. That's not something the template can control, it's just the website loading.

I don't know what happened with the personal messages, the website shows me they were sent on the 10th.

Anyway, the demo template does not have the issue with the top menu readjusting, nor with the images loading twice.

I looked at your site and see no issues with it.

1. The font size is loading exactly the same size as the demo and it does not reload. As I stated above you have clicked on the font resizer it is loading the font size on page load. You need to clear your cookies. Either that or you have a setting on your browser that is changing the font size. But I have looked at your site from two browsers and the font size does not change.

2. The menu is loading exact as it's supposed to and exactly how it shows on the demo. They all load and a split second the ones with arrows adjust in size to accommodate for the arrows. This is normal loading behavior and again just as the demo shows.

3. Images will always reload on page load, as does our demo. The images on your site loaded in about 1 second each time I loaded your site.


Since I can't replicate any issues that you are mentioning, or they are performing as they should, I would suggest checking from another browser or machine.
