Hello Shape 5 Team,

I have been a member since 2007 and have enjoyed using your templates.  I am one of the people who'd consistently check back every month to see what new designs you have available.  I am very disappointed in the recent change in the Shape 5 template release schedule.  I also imagine that your other loyal customers feel like I do.  

My subscription expired recently and I was about to renew it but after realizing that you haven't released a template in 2017, I am hesitant.  At this point it seems like you have discontinued the design of new templates.   I'm just thankful that I didn't purchase a Developer license in 2016 before you made this change.   Since you are no longer releasing templates monthly, can you provide your new/old customers some idea of when you'll be releasing new templates on a consistent basis?  Or, is the new policy to release templates whenever you feel inclined?  I would like to continue this business relationship but I need to be able to trust that I will get what I'm paying for.  Right now, I question  the current situation in your organization.  Please advise.

We are also disappointed to have come to this decision. They are released every other month now due to the major decline in memberships, we aren't able to afford to do every month at the current moment. The next release will be within a few days.

Hello Shape 5 Team, I'm quite recently appreciative that I didn't buy a Developer permit in 2016 preceding you rolled out this improvement. Since you are no longer discharging formats month to month, would you be http://adeleweightloss.com/ able to give your new/old clients some thought of when you'll be discharging new layouts on a reliable premise? On the other hand, is the new strategy to discharge formats at whatever point you feel slanted? I might want to proceed with this business relationship yet I should have the capacity to trust that I will get what I'm paying for. At this moment, I doubt the present circumstance in your association. If it's not too much trouble exhort.

As stated above it is every other month now, we just had to decrease the output some but we are not on a random schedule by any means. So the next one will be hear today or tomorrow the latest which is 2 months since the last release.

Actually, it appears that you aren't even releasing templates every two months...  It's been over two months at this point.  I had a feeling this was coming when I saw how hastily you put together the last template after you were questioned on it.  I have enjoyed your service in the past but the new reality is very disappointing.  I suppose I can understand why you're not being truthful about the situation.  I imagine that you want to keep getting subscription fees even thought you aren't providing quality service.  I was waiting to see if you were going to follow through with your new 6-8 week release promise but you have failed once again.  I'm guessing something bad must have happened in your company.  You must have either lost all of your designers or maybe you felt that you've made enough money.  Either way, your handling of the situation is not impressive.  It will most certainly hasten your loss of revenue.

No, that is not correct, we are still releasing every 2 months. The last template was released on February 15th, the next one will be released on April 15th, exactly 2 months apart. We have always released on the 15th of each month.
