Your site is producing the following javascript error. Any javascript error on the page can cause other functions to break like the quick contact or the register button: SyntaxError: unterminated string literal alert("Uw mail wordt in behandeling genomen. Most likely what is happening is your text you've supplied in the quick contact module is breaking the module. Often times a line break or a quotation can cause issues like that because they break the javascript alert call. Try changing your text in the quick contact to have no line breaks, no special characters, and no quotations.
