My installation of the site shaper is freezing in the final stage like you can seei it in the screen capture, i Changer InnoDB by MyISAM but it still no working and the support oh hostgator refuse to help me because it's an automated joomla installation. Apache version : 2.2.31 PHP Version : 5.6.29 MySQL Version : 5.6.32-78.1 All verification status of installation of joomla are green and OK, on the last step the installation in progress freeze, tables in the database are created but i don't have the screen of installation success. : Re: I can't install site shaper on Hostgator Server : jonahh February 24, 2017, 01:35:43 PM Hello,

You can try a standard joomla install from Joomla.org and see if you have the same issue. If you do then its definitely a server issue.

I installed the site shaper locally than i used Akkeba backup to transfer to the hostgator server, and now all is perfectly running. Thanks |
