: Template Isn't Upgrading to Vertex 4.1.0 : mktgape March 06, 2017, 08:27:13 PM I have successfully update several other templates to Vertex 4.1.0; however Prestige Acadmey does not seem to be updating. I am FTPing the folders in the order (top to bottom) as has worked with other templates. Any advice? The website is http://caringforkids-stl.org

I am checking your xml file and the update was not applied to your site: http://caringforkids-stl.org/templates/prestige_academy/xml/Vertex.xml You can see at the top the file still reads 4.0.0. Make sure the files are over-writing when you upload them via ftp, you most likely have a permissions problem on your server that's preventing them from over-writing. |
