: Template Administration Screen is Blank and unresponsive : pkershaw March 14, 2017, 03:42:45 AM I have installed the full demo package, and the front-end works fine. However, when I go to the administration screen of the template I get a pop-up that appears, but it doesn't have any content (see attached). It will not let you close the pop-up either. This is a draft website and I have installed it in a folder off from the main root where the present live website resides.

That issue occurs when Cloudflare is enabled. You need to disable Cloudflare for the administrator portion of your site, it should never be loaded in an admin section of a site, it is for the frontend only. You can disable Cloudflare in specified folders though its configuration. |
