You are using the image and content fader for this area, which does not use images, it uses background-image calls. These calls are set to "cover" the area, not stay in ratio with the site. If you want a background image to fill an entire area you need to set its size to "cover". It's as I stated above, your image is too short. As the page scrolls the image scrolls up and eventually the height of the image is shorter than the available space because it's constantly being scrolled up with parallax.
