We wanna create a new website. Our current website is also built on a Shape5 template.

Our new website will be built a little different. I hope you have a responsive template that I can use.

My biggest challenge is that we have three main departments, where customers must choose which department they want in on the frontpage (main domain). Then they go into each department's frontpage witch having menu and subpages.

Do you have a template or a way I can do it?

Of course, without weakening our SEO  :)

You would have to grab the custom code we did for it in the index.php file and put on another template. Its possible but just with a little editing. You could hire us to do this if you want under here:

Is it possible to customize the intro page, so that I can split it into 3 horizontally, so it will get 3 images with each text and background image and link?

Not without some custom coding done to the template. It wouldn't necessarily be hard  but just not possible out of the box.
