Hello,

I just updated my site www.gracy.it (template is photobox) to Joomla 3.7, and I've got a white page to the home site.

Please note that:
- I've tried to clear the cache on the site and the administrator also -> the home page after clearing the cache is showing right, but on the following call to the home page it become white again
- the other pages seems to work fine, is just the home page
- I updated also 2 other sites using shape5 templates (ww.unarcogiaveno.it -> Amazed Photography template and www.mostomisto.it -> GCK Store template) but they seems to work fine also after the update to Joomla 3.7

Can you give me some hints to make my site www.gracy.it with your Photobox template working fine also with Joomla 3.7 please?

Hello,

The template itself works with no issues in 3.7. Issues like this almost always occur because of third party extensions not being compatible with the latest versions. You would need to disable all extensions, including plugins, to see which is causing the problem and then upgrade that extension. Also, be sure you are running the latest version of Vertex.

I also thought I would upgrade the template to the latest version, I even downloaded it, but I'm not sure if I just should copy the files remotely and where to copy them, can you please suggest me how to upgrade in the right way?

After the template upgrade, in the case the page will go blank again, i will try to exclude one by one also the extensions

Hello,

There is not an upgrade to the template. Templates are rarely upgraded. You can upgrade the framework itself that it's built on:
