: Ameritage - changing the colour theme and background
: Lukey May 30, 2017, 10:17:11 AM
Good Afternoon All,

This is probably a case of cant-see-for-looking but can someone tell me where I can change the fadey-purple colour theme for a stronger blue shade please? I know exactly where to do this on the Risen Hope theme but dont seem to have the same ease with Ameritage.

Also, a link to the medical themed images for wallpaper would be handy or, if they're not part of the package, image dimensions so I can source my own backgrounds.

Many thanks,
Luke

The color of the menu bar is controlled by the "Highlight Color" setting on the "Specific" tab of the theme options.

As for the images, the Shaper has sample images that are the correct dimensions, but the images actually used on the demo are only licensed for the demo and can't be provided to members.

Ahhh, now I did see that but the colour thumbnail box looked white to me which is why it didnt twig for me. See another one of my patented captures!

In regards to the image can you PM me how I can get hold of that because the client quite likes that. Otherwise I'll go down the stock art route.

Cheers as always,
Luke

Thanks for the info about the color setting in the admin.  I'll have to pass this post along to the developer who did the javascript that controls that feature so he can figure out the cause.

As for the sample images in the demo, I believe they were all purchased from shutterstock.com, but beyond that, there's not much more I can tell you.

Fair enough. For the benefit of others - https://www.shutterstock.com/image-photo/doctor-medical-background-78701641?src=P3xFLLi3SpgCgQlCAF2pTA-1-14  :-)

Thanks for finding that for people.  If you consider this solved, I'll go ahead and lock the thread now.
