: Favicon & Logo Upload in Template : sheldesign June 06, 2017, 06:41:15 AM Hi
I have just installed Business Line template on a new site. I have upgraded the site to Joomla 3.7.2 and updated Vertex to 4.1.0. I am unable to upload a logo or a favicon via the template upload option. When I click on 'Select', nothing happens. I also checked this on a site that I finished recently, on which I WAS able to upload a logo and favicon (this site uses Fitness Center template). And although it worked when I first set up the site, it now DOESN'T work. So I am thinking that because it's on two different sites, using different templates, this seems to be something to do with the latest Joomla update? The finished site I refer to above was developed in Joomla 3.7.0 (or 3.7.1??) and was upgraded after the site was completed. And before upgrade, this problem was not evident. Have you come across this issue or have any ideas why it might be happening? Thanks EDIT: After posting this, I came across a post in the General Joomla forum, saying that you had updated Vertex with a fix for this issue. I thought I DID have the latest version of Vertex, because it was named the same as what I had previously downloaded. So it was rather confusing, thinking I had uploaded the latest Vertex. Can I suggest that you upload a newly named version whenever you make changes to Vertex? Thanks! (love your work :-) ) |
