The plug-in was working fine on the site I am working on...and then, suddenly, the images stopped showing on the site.  The first one flashes and then disappears (it goes to black).  They text for the slides still shows, just not the image.  Any idea what happened?

Have you made any recent changes to your site that would have changed or added javascript?  Adding or updating a plugin would be something that could potentially influence the javascript on the site, with a chance of causing conflicts.

Also, are you on the latest version of the plugin?

I have not added anything that I am aware of.  And, it appears that everything on the site is up to date.

The change seemed to happen when I added the second image.  It worked fine with one image info loaded, but seemed to change after I added the second image.

If you remove the second image, does everything start working again?  If so, what happens if you use a different image?

Another thing to check would be to make sure that you are adding the images in order.  If you add image 1 then place the second image in the place for image 3 without anything in the space for image 2, it can cause problems.

Thanks!  However, neither of those things are the issue.  When I removed the second image, the blank screen continued.  And they are in the 1 and 2 spaces appropriately.  I have even tried deleting the plug-in and reinstalling it. 

Any other ideas as to what might be going on?

This morning when I logged in, it was working again.  Odd...but I'm am glad it is fixed.  Thanks for your help!
