We downloaded the Risen Hope Joomla template in 2014 and the backend interface allowed us to configure the template.  That has now stopped working.  Our understanding was that any templates downloaded during our 3 month membership would continue to be fully functional.  Is there a way to fix this issue?  I have attached a snapshot.  Thank you for your help.

Hello,

The screenshot you are showing is not the template's configuration, that's Joomla template manager which allows you to modify files. You need to be in the styles manager and click on the template's name to view its configuration.

Please also be sure you are on the latest version of the framework:
