I try to change the custom panel color in custom2 by entering this code in the custom.css file

.top_boxes_right {
     background: # 333333! important;
}

but color nn is changed, how can I fix it?

I'm sorry we do not provide modification services as part of our support. Any changes you make to css would need to be done in custom.css with your own css. I would suggest using a tool such as Firebug to visually identify the css used for each area.
