: Can't install any extensions : marleyman October 12, 2017, 02:19:27 PM Hi, I have a Developer's License.
I downloaded and installed the Site Shaper of this Template, then I upgraded it from 3.8 to 3.81 because this template isn't running the latest version of Joomla. I cannot install any extensions at all via the upload, or drag and drop. It just sits there spinning and never installs anything. Can you give me some idea of what may be causing this? I'm working on a project deadline. The template doesn't control any part of installing an extension. If it never installs that would indicate a latency issue on the server. I would suggest contacting your host to see if the server is having problems. |
