That black area is actually part of your video area. Your menu isn't showing at all on desktop view, so the white background with the header_bg.jpg image isn't actually showing because there's no menu to take up the space. : Re: Header Color : pkennedy99 October 30, 2017, 10:05:33 AM So are you saying I either have to show my main menu on that screen or have a black strip there?

You have to have a menu set to the page for the header/menu area to show. Otherwise there is nothing to show in that area. The black area has nothing to do with the template; that is actually part of your video file. Open the following in a browser and you'll see the black areas of the video file: https://www.yoursite.com/images/map_puzzle_videoNEW.mp4 If you want those removed you'd have to edit the mp4 file. But to get the menu/header area to show you need a menu published there; it is currently not. |
