I have a site that is Joomla 3.8.2 PHP 5.6.31 and get thisd error:

Any ideas when i publish it the site returns a blank page

That is saying it actually can't read the php file on your server. Are there any errors on the page before you click on the links, or does it only show after you click on them to go to the full article page?

I don't see this file anywhere on the server mod_s5_spotlight_newsDShelper.php
