Unfortunately to achieve this it would require custom coding to do. You would need to wrap the DIVs in the index.php file with a wrapping DIV and style that and then remove all the s5_wraps on the rows in the index.php file. If customer wanted to save money, although it might cost you more time/money to get his content looking proper on either of these 2 templates
