500 error are errors directly related to your server. You would need to contact your hosting provider to have them check the server logs.

Thank you. I contacted with hosting provider, they have sent me log report-
I am not able to open joomla admin panel also.

All of those error messages are directly related to Joomla and not our template. I would suggest posting on joomla.org's forum boards as these errors are related to their CMS; a template would not have any effect on these.
