I'm not sure but you can manually add in image on facebook. Just put the article link in your post and then upload your desired image.

So after some digging I see you are using K2 which is causing this issue. I'm not sure why. You would need to contact K2 and seek help from them on this. You can grab any of our demo URLs for an article and you will see they show properly on Facebook:

Unfortunately I'm not sure how to help. You can swap templates and you will see that you'll get the same issue as this isn't related to the actual template itself. Perhaps post on the Joomla.org forum and see if they can assist from there?
