: How do I modify Site logo & title if Logo options tab is missing?? : kcdthean01 January 12, 2018, 09:57:07 AM I'm very new to Joomla, and somewhat new to CMS, although I do have a fair amount of basic web design background.
Having installed the Shape5 Design Control template, I would now like to do some basic customization. Naturally, the first thing that I'd like to change is the site logo, replacing the existing one with an image of my own. If possible, I'd also like to have the title of my site be reflected in the template header (as is the case with most websites). But in this template, it seems the only place where the title is reflected is within the tiny footer text between the copyright and "Shape5". So I was hoping to be able to make these modifications under "Logo" options, but I cannot find the menu/panel for this. Now, in the shape 5 knowledge base there is an article entitled, ? How to change the logo in Joomla". This article contains a screenshot of the configuration menu for the Design Control template and under the "Main" tab options, it does shows there is supposed to be a tab for "Logo" options between the tabs for "Layout" and "Styling". However in my install of this template, that "Logo" tab does not exist and I've found it nowhere else in the configuration menu. This is an older template, the instructions in our Knowledgebase state that the Layout and Styling option is only for templates built after July 2015. Older templates will not show this feature.
