I see this in your video but I am not able to replicate anything like that on two different computers. There is a very slight snap for when the floating menu goes back to the top of the screen, but no shuttering like you are showing. Have you tried from a second machine? Keep in mind that what you are doing is not normal behavior for a website user, no one will scroll that slow on a website. |
