The 404 page is loading completely blank, which would indicate a php error on the site or your host is overriding the 404 commands. What I would start with is disable all third party extensions and plugins to see if one of those is causing a the problem. What is happening is a php error on your site, have you disabled every plugin at the same time or individually? Did you check with your hosting provider to see if their server is forcing a 404? Many servers do this. : Re: No 404 Error Page : forensys February 13, 2018, 02:20:33 AM Hello!
I managed to solve the problem! The solution was easy. I had to publish the category in which the 404 error article was. But I do not understand why it was unpublished by default. ??? Anyway, thanks for your support! :) |
