I took a look but I don't see it on your site doing this. Be sure its set to "mootools" in the admin too and not s5 effects to prevent stuttering. : Re: News Ticker Stutter : dtierney19 February 20, 2018, 01:16:29 PM I tried setting it to "mootools" but it vanishes when I assign those settings. Also, I looked on another device and it appears to stutter as well there. It occurs when you scroll down when the menu changes from being at the top to a sticky menu.

Its fading in and out fine with no issues between each line of text. I'm not sure what you are referring to?
