at this address ;;; https://tinyurl.com/ycj6mpob When web site is Off Line, you can see the web site when you log in via the home page login screen and it works normal. HOWEVER, when the site is set to Live, once you go to the home page, the site locks up and does not do anything but spin around trying to load. if you click on a link, it take forever to load the page yet most of time, page fails to load. In order to access the site, I have to suspend the site in plesk, then activate. But when I do that, after the first link click, it locks up again. Never seen this before. A template wouldn't have anything to do with this. I can see in the browser that it says "Waiting for http://homesolutionsinthemtns.com/", which means your site is trying to load the content of a specific area but your server isn't responding. It does time out after a few seconds though. You would need to disable all content and extensions on the site to see which one is causing the load issue , that's not something I can debug for you. |
