The developer of the plugin had a switch to disable CSS, Bootstrap & JS and that made the menu go back to normal however there is still something weird and not sure if we should move the topic somewhere else. When one the pages of the plugin, the template disappears. It's almost as if the site didn't have a template on those pages. I've published a few of those pages to the menu on the site after the contact us. If the plugin has instructions on how to create a custom page template, that would be a good place to start.
