Hi,

Google wants people to pay for use of API's from June 11. I known there are some free credits. But mostly the people who build the websites have the API keys on their account.

Using the "Map it" extension the styling is as it should be. A good example is "Creative Agency" template. Is it possible you can use the embed code from Google maps for the map and still have the same layout/styling?

Using the embed code form Google maps itself in Custom_4 does not work using a custom module. The map show but not as it should. Using the code from Google maps there is no need for API's.  This would saves a lot of hussle with clients and API keys.

Possible?

Kind regards.

Hello,

Yeah it looks like most people won't be affected. Reading here it seems the maps will still be free:

If you can post a URL so I can see whats going on with the embed code I might be able to quick fix the issue. Not sure but I'll take a look for you.

Hi Jonah,

Was just looking at it on my testing domain to see what was possible and work around the API  ;)
