Sorry for the delay. An update to Joomla would not have effected the module like this and I see no errors on the page. I'm looking at the source of the site and there are no images being called in the source either. Are you using the Manual or Article method in the module's backend? If you're using the Manual method, are you calling the images with a full url or relative? ie: does it start with "http://accountantswebdesign.ca/". When I open the URL, http://accountantswebdesign.ca/images/iacf1.jpg the image appears but it didn't until I disabled JCH Optimize.
