Do you have the S5 Box published to this page? This is needed in order for the login module to popup, unless you have a direct URL entered for the login button in the Vertex general admin area. : Re: Can't login : forensys May 31, 2018, 03:14:47 PM SOLVED!

Does the white box appear when you try to login? If so just try to clear your browser cache.

When I click upon the login icon a white box appears as per the screen shot below. Both s5 box and this plugin use the same CSS so they are conflicting. You will have to disable one or the other in order for the site to work properly.
