Is there a way to limit the number of articles? I would like to have the last 5 or 10 articles shown in a slide automatically. With no limit the module gets all the articles from a category and i have more than 1000. It's very slow. Oh wow yes that would make it really slow. This is the first time we had someone ask this but its a good point. Unfortunately there is no way currently to limit the amount of articles showing. Thanks for your explanation. But... As Joomla doens't permit to have multicategories, that's not possible, and because i want to show and link real articles, that's not possible. And duplicating content is not an option. I would have uses the HTML option, but as i publish 2 or 3 articles per day, i would have to keep "copy/pasting" from 1 to 2 to 3 and so on and put the new in the top. So this is a great problem, and not possible. I really like your module cause it's very simple to work with, but for this functionality is very difficult to use. It would be great if you implemented this solution/option, something like... choose how many articles to scroll, and with the ordering (published date, random) (ascending, descending) we could have endless possibilities automatically in giving highlights to new articles.
