: My Shape 5 - Frote (ver 4.0.0) template not load in after umpgade Joomla to Joom : melro July 01, 2018, 11:03:35 PM I have run my site with a free Shape-Frote template with very well, but unfortunately, it not loaded (ie. load blank page nothing to display single text ) after upgrade my Joomla into version 3.8.10. pls, guide me to overcome this.

First of all you should be running Vertex 4.2 not 4.0. Please upgrade. There is nothing in a template that would cause your site to load blank. My site loaded well before upgrade Joomla to V3.8.10. , I upgrade Vertex to Vertex: 4.2.0 as well. But still, site not loaded, You advised disabling the third party modules and plugins pls advise me

Did you do as I suggested above? You will need to disable all third party extensions and plugins to determine which one is causing the problem.
