I would like know how I reduce the space which is highlighted in the red area.

I asked one of the designers to take a look. Here's the response I got:

template.css around line 323:

    margin-top: 50px; 
    margin-bottom: 50px;

    ...

The padding definitions can be adjusted or removed to change the space height.
