I disabled the AJAX as per this post http://www.shape5.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,75/topic,3859.0/ If I enable the checkout then the cart view does not update unless I refresh the page. Does anyone know how to change this so that you can add a product without being taken to checkout and having the quick view cart being updated Thanks : Re: taken to check out each time I add product : jonahh April 22, 2009, 02:11:17 PM If you want this functionality then you don't want to disable AJAX.
But all the modules released with eMercantilism are not compatible with AJAX so this is why we recommended turning it off. We have also just released a new version of the drop down cart that has AJAX compatibility in it so you can add items to your cart without refreshing the page. This can be demoed on the new template released this month called shopper frenzy. |
