: Why does my shop not display in IE6? : mcmaddcatt January 21, 2008, 05:48:59 AM I have this - new - weard thing now that my shop does not display in IE6 (in the middle) . And only after I log in. Before logging in it is fine. It does fine in FF.
Any ideas? Solution? : Re: Why does my shop not display in IE6? : jonahh January 21, 2008, 10:57:51 AM Jos,
I imagine that the main body is getting pushed down once you log in and view in IE6? If this is happening there is most likely a table or image that is just too wide for IE6 and thus can't fit so the main body gets pushed down below the right column. : Re: Why does my shop not display in IE6? : mcmaddcatt January 21, 2008, 11:42:02 AM This is not the case (have had that before). It has always worked fine until I tried today.....
Jos : Re: Why does my shop not display in IE6? : jonahh January 21, 2008, 03:00:14 PM Jos,
Could you PM me some login information for your site so I can try to debug this? Thanks, : Re: Why does my shop not display in IE6? : jonahh January 23, 2008, 07:54:33 PM Hello Jos,
Could you try unpublishing the Newsletter component. Once you login the button "Edit Subscription" that appears is quite long and I believe this is what is causing the main body to be thrown down below the right column in IE6. Let me know if this doesn't fix the problem. Regards, : Re: Why does my shop not display in IE6? : mcmaddcatt January 23, 2008, 10:43:35 PM I will change the text on the button in the newslettercomponent subscription module. I'll see what that does. That will let you test too.
I will also unpublish the module and see what that does. : Re: Why does my shop not display in IE6? : mcmaddcatt January 24, 2008, 03:01:32 AM I did change the text and that solves my problem. I hate these browser differences. It took me 6 months to iron them all out.
: Re: Why does my shop not display in IE6? : jonahh January 24, 2008, 09:45:03 AM I agree, it is quite ridiculous and a huge time waster.
