Yes PLEEEEEZE! When will it be available? It would be nice if it had the functionality of open realty built in with the graphic touch and usability of Shape5.

Yes it is we just released our sister site www.joomanager.com which is what the huge wait was for :)  A template surrounding this component will be released in the upcoming months.

I noticed the link on the front page of this site the other day and had a look. Looks good. Is there a payment system in it or will there be on the upcoming template??

There is no payment system currently and we didn't have any plans to implement one.  But we are basing all updates on user requests so if we get enough then most likely will add this option.

Where do I submit requests?

Mainly on the forum of Joomanager but PMs here on Shape 5 work too!

If I was to buy Joomanager would it run on a Shape5 template, as I have a Tourism site using NewsLink template would it work as a Villa Rental section.

And as I asked before maybe a payment system would be good for it and if possible and availability calendar.

Yes it should run on any template.

Good I will invest in it after xmas, is their a way of adding a payment system say for featured listings via paypal. Maybe another mod you know of that will work with it.

Currently there is no way to do so, perhaps you could restrict pages with another mod but I'm not sure of any off hand.  Featured listings or paying to list is something we want to add in a future update but is not on the list for the current update being worked on.

Yes, we most likely will have a coupon available to existing members.

In addition to the photo gallery is there an ability to add video or virtual walkthroughs?

Currently there is no option to do so just the photos for now.

I presume the support for the product will be as good as the shape5 forums :)

Edit: Just realised there is no way for customers to list there product and pay for listing which is what i am looking for, I need to build a property letting site and require this feature, any ideas if this will be added?

We do plan to add this in a future update.  No ETA on this but I can tell you that the next set of updates will not include this as we already have started development.  Keep checking back!

Is Joomanager better than Hot Property does anyone know?  Or have an opinion?  I used Hot Property in the past and it seemed ok.

Does the description editor use the default editor for the Joomla site and any content related plugins?  I am wondering if having the AVReloaded plugin installed would allow you to add a video into the description area of an item?

Yes it is compatible with any editor that your site is using, it uses the default Joomla editor and it will use any related content plugins.

Are there any issues with running Joomanager in Joomla 1.5 Legacy Mode?  Only because of one other crappy extensions I have.

Also, is there a separate forum for Joomanager? You mentioned one in this post a while ago but I can't find it.

I do not know about legacy mode, but Joomanager has its own forums on the Joomanager site, I do have this component running on one of my sites and it is quite good
