Shape 5

When trying to install Just this template, even though I tried other shape five templates today, and they all work fine, i get these errors .



        * JFolder::files: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
        * JFolder::folder: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
        * JFolder::files: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
        * Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.




Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home/alaskali/public_html/libraries/joomla/installer/helper.php on line 142

I have no idea what that all means.

I am running 1.5.10  the site is http://www.alaskalive.net (http://www.alaskalive.net)

Joomla 1.5.11 installed, PHP 5.2.9

Hi, would one of you be able to private message me super admin access so I can see what is causing the error? I wasn't able to duplicate the problem here.

If you just log into your site, try to install JUST the new template. You will see the error.
I am reluctant to give out super admin.? Call me crazy, but just scares me.

Hello, that is what I was saying above it's giving no errors on our server when installing. If you can provide access to your site I can test it out for you. I won't be doing anything else other than testing the install.

I have tested the install on another site on a private network with Joomla 1.5.8 and PHP 5.2.8 and it installed no problem.

Hello, I just installed the template on kdmh's site and it gave no errors.

Must be a problem with my downloaded file, or my site, will try again now.

Odd...tried a second time not more than 5 minutes before you got on and same error...could there be a problem with the available download file?

I just re-downloaded the file from Shape5

I uploaded it and it worked like all the rest.

Must have been a corrupt zip file I guess.

Let me know if you do that and it works.
