: ie6 display issue : aliciab June 22, 2009, 12:15:15 PM Now that I am coming down the stretch, I have noticed a few display issues in IE 6...
It alters the layout of my page...it pushes the body down... In these two instances, and it may be more...but same principle http://www.lsanashville.com/shapes/index.php?option=com_rstickets&page=ticket&id=1&Itemid=131 (http://www.lsanashville.com/shapes/index.php?option=com_rstickets&page=ticket&id=1&Itemid=131) http://www.loftissteel.com/shapes/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=243&Itemid=132 (http://www.loftissteel.com/shapes/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=243&Itemid=132) And then in a crossbrowser issue, on this page the log in goes under the submit ticket tab...is there a way around that... http://www.lsanashville.com/shapes/index.php?option=com_rstickets&Itemid=131 (http://www.lsanashville.com/shapes/index.php?option=com_rstickets&Itemid=131) thanks much... sorry for being so pesty..but i can see the light...alicia : Re: ie6 display issue : mikek June 23, 2009, 07:12:47 AM Hello, I didn't see any issues with the first two links.
As for the login showing over the tab that's an issue with that form. The component is pulling a file called style.css on line 385 of that file find: #rst_wrapper #rst_content ul#rst_menu li { remove the position:relative; line Without being the developer of that component it's very hard to say what is causing the issue, but that is my best guess. |
