That error is referring to the S5 Image Fader. I've tested the two module together and there are no conflicts. It's a very strange error; it almost looks like blank.gif is corrupted. I have not had this problem with extensions from other sources.
any other hits : Re: install error : mikek February 25, 2008, 03:06:03 PM Are you using Joomla to install the modules or are you ftp'ing files to your server? The only other thing I can think of is incorrect permissions on your server.
